Dormiva is designed to maintain its supportive shape, so it may feel different than a soft, flat pillow at first. Most sleepers adjust within a few nights as their neck relaxes into the contour. For best results, try it on your regular mattress and sleep posture for at least 3–4 nights before deciding.

Yes. The contoured design supports both positions — use the lower curve when sleeping on your back for steady neck support, and the side contours when you roll onto your side to prevent head tilting. It stays supportive even if you shift positions during the night.

Absolutely. The ergonomic shape fills the gap between your neck and shoulder when side sleeping, helping keep your head and spine in a neutral position. That means less twisting, less shoulder pressure, and consistent support throughout the night.
